    Elizabeth Arden isn't available in the US.
    Tennessee Waltz is a miniature and you can purchase it at Two Sisters Nursery in Oklahoma,

    It's a great site for roses, you can look up any plant, click on the Buy From tab, and see where to purchase. Click on Pictures, and you can see the actual plant you're looking for in different regions. Click on Comments, and see what people say about it (for example, Black spot issues, bloom time, hardiness, etc.)
