There are three seed shops in Connaught Road, just west of Sheung Wan MTR exit — keep walking west past the refurbished Western Market and you’ll find them.
You can also try Flower Market Road in Mongkok near Prince Edward MTR station. It’s full of florists in that area. Shops there open in the dawn and closes at about 6-7pm.
